Refund policy

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Products must be in the same condition as received.

  • Any damaged or used items will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Worn or washed socks

  • Opened multi-pack items (3 pair, 6 pair, 12 pair packs)

  • Clearance or sale items

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (for COD orders).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
