Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Products must be in the same condition as received.

Any damaged or used items will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Worn or washed socks

Opened multi-pack items (3 pair, 6 pair, 12 pair packs)

Clearance or sale items
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (for COD orders).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
